So many people experience a life of less than optimal health. They settle for chronic pain, depression or anxiety believing that that’s just the way things are in this stressful modern world that we live in. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Everyone of us is on this planet to live a life full of joy and abundance.
Emotional Freedom Technique is a way of achieving this.
Tapping” or “Emotional Freedom Technique” (EFT) is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in ancient Chinese acupuncture practices. A person’s life energy flows through these points and, if blocked, a person may experience any form of dis-ease – pain, depression, insomnia, a feeling of being stuck or that something is missing.
By learning this technique you can release the emotional charge that is attached to past negative situations. It doesn’t make bad experiences disappear, it simply helps us let go of the way we feel about that situation, allowing us to move on from it.
EFT is empowering and can be used to remove pain (emotional and/or physical). Most people are not aware of the connection between how they think or what they believe to their overall wellness and yet we all recognize how constantly thinking about a negative interaction with a person does not help us feel any better. Our thoughts, beliefs and how we feel physically are so interlinked, it’s imperative that we work at the root cause of our discontentment and EFT is a powerful tool to aid in that.
